Can you help me decide what to start with?

Absolutely! Every store is different, and I'd be happy to recommend a collection based on your location, customer base, and the style of your shop. My goal is to help you build a collection your customers will love.

What makes Coastal Coasters different?

Every Coastal Coasters piece is individually handcrafted in my Long Island studio using premium materials and inspired by my lifelong love of the coast. Since 2020, I've personally handcrafted more than 30,000 coaster pieces, creating functional artwork that's designed to be used, enjoyed, and remembered. As a wholesale partner, you'll work directly with the artist who creates every piece, ensuring personalized service from our first conversation to your latest reorder.

How does payment work?

Once we connect and discuss your wholesale needs, I'll prepare a personalized quote based on the products and quantities that best fit your shop. To begin production, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping or delivery.

If you're looking for different payment terms, you're welcome to shop through Faire, where additional payment options and retailer terms may be available.

Is there a minimum opening order?

Minimums vary depending on the products you're interested in. Reach out, and we'll discuss the best option for your shop.

Can I choose which products to carry?

Absolutely! We'll work together to curate a collection that complements your store and appeals to your customers.

How long do wholesale orders take?

Production timelines vary based on order size and current production schedules. I'll provide an estimated completion date before your order begins.

Do you ship throughout the United States?

Yes! Wholesale orders are carefully packaged and shipped nationwide.

Can you create exclusive products or color palettes?
