  • Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

    Because every item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, resin movement, wood grain, air bubbles, texture, and finish are a natural part of the creative process. These variations make each piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy

    We do our best to accurately represent each product through photography. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor, or mobile device settings.

  • Natural Materials

    Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, knots, and color are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Limitation of Liability
Coastal Coasters is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Coastal Coasters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Weather
Resin can soften in extreme heat.
Avoid leaving resin products in hot vehicles or prolonged direct sunlight.

Because my products are handcrafted and intended for everyday enjoyment, this quality promise does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme heat.

Resin is a durable material, but like glass or ceramic, it can chip, crack, or scratch if dropped or subjected to excessive force.
